Do you think that healthy food couldn't possibly taste good? Does the idea of "eating healthy" conjure up images of roughage and steamed vegetables? Author Suman Agarwal will change all that.

Diet guru and fitness expert Suman Agarwal is the woman behind the action at Selfcare, a nutrition clinic that has led thousands of people to weight loss and good health through custom-designed diets. She follows a simple philosophy: Banish the boring.
A certified nutritionist from UK's Oxford University and a qualified fitness trainer from the National Institute of Aerobics, Mumbai, it is no secret that Suman believes in a holistic approach to well being. But being a foodie at heart with a passion for cooking, she always knew that the taste buds govern the success of any diet. She was determined to help fellow epicureans stay fit without compromising on their love for food. Her years of research have resulted in the perfect plan – one that's easy to follow for life.
Suman's recipes take the "junk" out of junk food and replace it with healthy yet tasty ingredients. So whether it's Mumbai's famous pav bhaji you crave or Kolkata's scrumptious bread chaat, you can enjoy all your favourite street grub. Mithais and desserts are part of the deal, too.
Through Selfcare, south Mumbai-based Suman coaches clients on how to adopt her programme. Her clientele include prominent industrialists and Bollywood personalities.
Kolkata-born Suman dons several other hats, too. In 2009, she co-authored her first book, The Don't Diet Diet Cook Book. She is an amateur classical and western dancer, and a classical singer. She has a flair for languages and is an avid reader, constantly adding to her well-stocked library. A doting mum of three, she spends every free minute with her daughters and husband. That's when she isn't busy cooking up a storm in the kitchen...About the Designer
